Who we are

Rooms With Love (RWL) is a heartfelt furniture ministry that serves displaced individuals and/or families and turns their house into a home. RWL’s provides stability, dignity and hope through gently loved furniture and household furnishings. Turning an empty space into an area that provides comfort and warmth.

RWL works on a referral basis with Northern Kentucky social service agencies, schools and/or churches.

Kim and Jerry Harrison, while volunteering in the community with the homeless and woman in recovery noticed the struggle of turning a house into a home once individuals secured housing. They began collecting essential items from neighbors and the community, and started out of their garage. This initiative eventually led to the creation of the nonprofit in 2022, Rooms With Love, giving dignity and hope to those starting over.

RWL was featured in the Neighbors of Union and that article was instrumental to RWL moving forward.
